<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 4)避免直接回答对方的盘问；--接电话的人通常会盘问你三个问题：你是水？你是哪家公司？有什么事情？如果你不直接回答这些问题，他们就不知道该怎么办。你或许该这样回答：我很想告诉你，但是这件事情很重要，我必须直接跟他说。我也不确定。你觉得这会讲很久吗？我是打长途电话呢！喂喂，你那边在下雨吗？ </p>

<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 近年来，注册商标作为一种投资行为，已被越来越多的人所认可，随之出现了商标炒作热，注册商标作为一种正当的投资手段本来也无可厚非，但其中出现的一些有意思的现象就不能不令人侧目了。</p>

<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 理性投资vs盲目跟风 </p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 有人对此作了总结，比如商标炒作中出现的傍名牌现象，就是采用复制、翻译、模仿驰名商标的方式注册商标，如&ldquo;**苹果&rdquo;、&ldquo;**老爷车&rdquo;、&ldquo;**华伦天奴&rdquo;等等；傍名人现象，就是用名人的姓名或其谐音字注册商标，如&ldquo;锅得缸&rdquo;&ldquo;杨利伟&rdquo;、&ldquo;泻停封&rdquo;、&ldquo;罩本杉&rdquo;，更有甚者将&ldquo;姚明&rdquo;申请注册卫巾类商标；傍热点现象，用热点和重大事件的名字注册商标，如申请注册&ldquo;神五&rdquo;、&ldquo;神六&rdquo;等等。我们可以看到，用&ldquo;傍名牌&rdquo;商标的企业注定没有自己的品牌个性，顶多是个二、三流的产品，总难登大雅之堂。&ldquo;傍热点&rdquo;与&ldquo;傍名人&rdquo;一样，今天的热门人物、热点事件，等到两年后商标注册下来，早被公众遗忘了，所以这类商标其实没有太大意义，不会有什么价值。能够最终被市场所认同并值得塑造的商标是符合品牌命名规则、有特殊价值的商标。 </p>

<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 面对此类一波又一波的商标炒作热，同样参与商标炒作的注册人李先生则表示，商标名称是企业给消费者的第一印象，对品牌营销越来越重要，一个产品要想做大做强，第一步就是要为今后的品牌发展打下良好的基础，这个基础的关键就是品牌的名称和其特有的文化内涵。由此，那种跟风式的&ldquo;傍名&rdquo;，显然不是一个理性的选择，也不会有什么太大的价值潜力。 </p>

<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 投资，何的放矢？ </p>

<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 著名品牌战略专家、品牌竞争力学派创始人、中央电视台品牌顾问李光斗指出，一个好的品牌名称是品牌被消费者认知、接受、满意乃至忠诚的前提，品牌的名称在很大程度上影响品牌联想，并对产品的销售产生直接的影响。品牌名称的好坏影响到品牌文化的推广，一个优秀的品牌名称可以增强品牌的信赖感、品质感，提高品牌的溢价能力。 </p>

<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 世界已进入&ldquo;形象决定成败&rdquo;的时代，名正言才会顺。规划一个屹立百年的品牌，一个好名字是成功的第一步。一个理想的品牌名字，一定是经过大海捞针般的搜寻、字斟句酌地思辨、千锤百炼地提升、锲而不舍地追求才得来的。可见，商标投资首先要注重的是否能带来品牌效应，这样的商标才有升值潜质，同时才有投资意义。 </p>

<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 我国品牌第一人、上海交通大学品牌战略研究所所长余明阳教授表示，文化是品牌的灵魂，是品牌赖以存在的基础，要想打造过硬品牌必须提升品牌的文化内涵，比如，已投资注册的酒类商标中&ldquo;万年欢&rdquo;是词牌名、我国古代宫廷音乐名、京剧曲牌名、道教音乐名、我国民间吹打乐曲名，文化沉淀深厚，将其作为酒类品牌思路是正确的，该品牌充满生机，这个酒类品牌如果再具备管理科学、产品过硬、定位准确、营销得法等品牌建设的其它相关要素，其将具有无穷的生命力。诸如此类商标的投资，从某种意义上讲也把风险降至最低。 </p>

<p>《定位》的作者杰克特劳特在其书中毫不掩饰的表示，最重要的营销决策就是给产品取一个好的名字。企业还是产品，拥有一个恰当的名字，将能极大提升品牌的价值空间，从而产生强大营销拉力，以更具效率、更低成本的传播实现销售力的突破与增长，好的品牌名称可以推动现实的销售的增长，甚至在一定程度引领未来的消费理念。</p>
